As our Product Manager 2 - Data , you will be responsible for driving product initiatives with data as the epicentre. You should be strategic and detail-oriented and have exceptional data analysis skills and extensive product management experience. You should be comfortable working with all stakeholders in a fast-paced, data and technology-driven environment.   • To define the data product vision, strategy and roadmap based market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Defining data goals that align with the broader organizational vision
  • End-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch, working closely with product, engineering, data science, UX/UI, business and marketing teams to deliver high-quality data products on time.
  • Deliver personalized user experience and N=1 marketing campaigns with an unified & enriched 360-degree consumer profile
  • Translating requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items
  • Championing data literacy within the organization and driving adoption rates
  • Mapping out data personas and consumer profiles to ensure a better understanding of customer needs
  • Applying data science techniques, data engineering processes, and market experimentation tests to deliver customized product experiences
  • Customer Insights through consumer & data research to identify opportunities for new data products or enhancements to existing ones, ensuring a deep understanding of customer & business challenges
  • Managing data governance processes and best practices to ensure the reliability, consistency, quality, integrity and security of data used in our products, in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify data quality issues, such as missing or incomplete data, outliers, and inconsistencies
  • Develop and implement data monitoring processes to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the product funnel, writing game/feature specs, analysing key performance metrics and driving business results
  • Assist in developing product strategy, and product roadmap by analysing and prioritizing projects/features, determining the product design and development effort, and negotiating launch timelines with development teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Handle risks associated with data and make sure thatthe product meets with regulatory, security and privacy policies Requirements:
    • B.Tech / MBA graduate with 8+ years of experience
    • Good communication & presentation skills
    • Problem solving skills
    • Technical expertise & familiarity with data monetization
    • Business acumen and understanding of product development
    • The ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
    • Data-driven and solid understanding of data/analytics tools, and the ability to deep dive into data to make decisions
    • Hands-on experience on SQL, Excel, statistical analysis and business intelligence tools
    • Must have the passion to self-motivate, the guide to selling your ideas to other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally
