As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. You will play a key role in the oversight and management of program operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.



Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Must have working knowledge and maintain proficiency with Title 17, DDS, and DOR regulations.
Ensure all rehabilitation programs are current and in compliance with, but not limited to, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Licensing, CARF, Department of Rehabilitation (DR), CMS/HCBS, and SourceAmerica/AbilityOne policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with relevant community members, businesses, educational institutions, government agencies, and other appropriate organizations.
Responsible for supervision, direction, training, and management of 20-30 employees.
Ensures all file documentation is completed accurately and meets regulatory compliance.



Qualifications:

Must have vocational rehabilitation experience
Strong background in social work, behavioral health, or related field
Proven experience in program development and management
Excellent administrative skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities
Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation for program sustainability
Exceptional relationship management skills to engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders efficiently

Weekends as needed


Education:

Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

Vocational Rehabilitation: 5 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

Willingness to travel:
