Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales - Retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive accelerated growth of the retail segment through strategic
planning and relationship building
Focus on winning new pipeline and growth, as well as retaining
existing customers
Identify opportunities for innovation and collaboration to enhance
customer and pet owner experience
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of management experience in account management or
strategic partner development, or 15+ years of sales management in
a technology-focused B2B environment
Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred
Proven track record of building and leading high-performance sales
teams in a high-growth B2B/B2B2C company
Experience as a sales leader in a high-growth B2B/B2B2C company
selling to businesses of various sizes
Pet Industry experience strongly preferred
