mobile (iOS and Android) is crucial to achieving our mission. We
have recently intensified our efforts to provide world-class mobile
support for our platform, and we are now seeking an engineering
manager to lead our mobile teams into the next phase of mobile
development at Airtable.What you'll do
- Drive strategy, planning, and execution for our iOS and Android
engineering teams.
- Cultivate a safe and inclusive team culture that fosters
impactful outcomes.
- Mentor a team of passionate and skilled engineers. Collaborate
with senior engineers to amplify their contributions, and coach and
develop early-career engineers.
- Apply your technical expertise to collaborate with engineers in
designing and constructing products in a high-quality and
sustainable manner.
- Collaborate across functions with engineering, product, design,
and sales teams to ensure a seamless cross-platform experience for
our customers.
- Implement streamlined processes to facilitate team scalability
and productivity, while maintaining agility to adapt to our dynamic
environment.Who you are
- Have experience leading teams in developing mission-critical
product features and systems with a strong emphasis on
quality.
- Have experience in leading product definition, managing
trade-offs, and driving customer adoption.
- Have experience in managing and developing mid-level, senior,
and staff engineers.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience as an engineer and at
least 2 years as a manager, or a similar combination.
- Preferably have experience in mobile app development and/or
