Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Research Analyst to support
research and evaluation projects aimed at improving government
services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage participant recruitment and engagement for user research
studies
Collect, organize, and manage research data while ensuring accuracy
and confidentiality
Create research reports and presentation materials summarizing
findings and implications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology,
Sociology, or Human-Computer Interaction
Minimum of one year of applied research experience
Fluency in English and Spanish for both written and oral
communication
Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research
methodologies
Experience using tools for data management and analysis, such as
NVivo or R
