the Quality Programs Engagement-Senior Associate is a high impact
role within the PQS by Innovaccer team to ensure successful
completion of quality program objectives and quality-based
performance programs with payer clients by maintaining positive
outreach with key pharmacy accounts.A Day in the Life
- The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate pharmacy
engagement in performance-based programs by monitoring pharmacy
engagement and performance towards program goals and
objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key program
participants and the program sponsor. This will include onsite
visits as well as frequent telephonic/email communications.
- Provide routine analysis of quality measure performance and
provide actionable recommendations to program participants and the
program sponsor. Provide program participant-specific guidance on
adoption of quality improvement processes that are enabled by
EQUIPP.
- Respond to program participant inquiries about EQUIPP and
triage the inquiries to the appropriate PQS staff for follow up
when necessary.
- Coordinate the allocation of improvement resources to support
program participants toward program success.
- Present oral and written reports to PQS management, program
participants, and the program sponsor explaining status, timelines,
and accomplishments of assigned program(s).
- Coordinate EQUIPP and quality measurement training experiences
for corporate and pharmacy store level users.
- Lead Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with internal PQS teams regarding client specific EQUIPP
updates and support.
- Partner with internal PQS teams regarding client engagement and
appropriate communication to EQUIPP end users related to payer
programs, updates and support, including podcasts, webinars, and
payer program specific contracting calls.
- Assist in key pharmacy client calls to further bridge the
communication between Payers and Pharmacy.
- Travel is required
- Approximately 15-20% of time may be spent out of the
office.
- At peak times may be several days in a row.
- Attend conferences and trade shows for managed care
organizations. Exhibiting at national conferences is expected.
- Ability to operate independently and lead complex client
interactions from C-level to the operational level.
- Ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple projects and
accounts independently and effectively.What You Need
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sensitive
timelines.
- Capability to observe high levels of business protocol;
maintain confidentiality, motivate, collaborate, multitask and
prioritize projects and activities.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years' experience in healthcare including experience with
program and account management.
- Understanding of quality measurement systems (e.g., Medicare
Stars, HEDIS) is required.
- Exceptional communications, presentation, and writing
skills.
- Excellent work ethic, including the ability to achieve with
minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, analytic, research and problem-solving
skills.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or Google Suite
Equivalents like Sheets, Slides and Docs.
- Able to connect with a broad array of healthcare professionals,
identify problems, and propose solutions.Preferred:
- Experience Working with Partnerships and Alliances
- Experience Serving as a SME for cross-functional teams (i.e.,
